Located in Carnlough, in Co. Antrim, our home is a 5-minute walk away from the beach and nearby village. The village has pubs, restaurants, and local shops. Local amenities include fishing, boat hire, walking, horse riding, golf, and much more.
You can hike and cycle to soak in all the beautiful scenery, spend long days at the beach, eat delicious ice cream, fish, and chips, take a boat tour and be just a short stroll back to all the comforts of the house.
The harbour in Carnlough is used by pleasure boats and small fishing boats and offers opportunities for sea angling. Pleasure cruises are also available with Carnlough Bay Boat Tours.
Carnlough Harbour is one of the must-see stop-offs along the Causeway Coastal route for Game of Thrones® fans. Fans will recognize the stony staircase leading down to the sea, filmed as part of the Free City of Braavos Canal, where Arya Stark crawled up from the waters after being stabbed by the Waif. (Season 6).
Ned’s Brae View is also an ideal base for exploring local attractions like the famous Antrim Coast, the 9 Glens of Antrim, Giant’s Causeway, Game of Thrones film locations, Glenariff Forest Park and Waterfalls, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Bushmills Distillery, and Rathlin Island.
